Budget Report

Our financial year is the calendar year. The board approves a new budget each fall for the following calendar year. The report below is automatically updated from our bookkeeping software, so our income, expenses, and assets are tracked in this report as they happen.

Our financial assets are for the purposes of meeting our annual expenses and as a reserve to cover the expense of replacing the fence all the way along our Lemay Avenue greenbelt when that becomes necessary. Our annual dues are consistently much lower than every other Oakridge Village HOA.
