Owners' meetings typically occur once a year. These meetings are an opportunity for the board to connect face-to-face with owners and discuss and conduct HOA business. There is typically a discussion of major happenings over the last year and a review of the budget and financial situation. The primary business typically conducted is the election of directors. This meeting is also an opportunity to get to no board members and other owners. To facilitate this, we typically hold this meeting at a park in the summer and have a pot-luck dinner beforehand. All owners are mailed an invitation to the meeting.
Each set of meeting minutes is approved at the next meeting of the same type.
