Oakridge Village III HOA

Situated in south-central Fort Collins, the OakRidge Village neighborhood offers modern homes, attractive and mature landscapes, large open spaces, and access to good schools.   This website is for the Oakridge Village III Home Owners Association (HOA) associated with a subset of the Oakridge Village neighborhood called OakRidge Village Filing III.  This filing runs along the western edge of the neighborhood and comprises four cul-de-sacs (Live Oak Ct., Red Oak Ct., Sawtooth Oak Ct., White Oak Ct.) and the greenbelt between those cul-de-sacs and Lemay Avenue.  Other parts of Oakridge Village are in separate filings, each of which have their own HOAs.

Our HOA is run by a great set of volunteers who work to serve our neighborhood.  We emphasize the following:

• Good communication and working relationships among all neighbors and board members.  

• Maintaining our greenbelt along Lemay Ave.

• Efficiency in money and time.  (We boast some of the lowest HOA dues in the area.  See our annual letter below.)

• Rotating new members through our board of directors.
