Property Transactions

About Property Transactions

Property transactions (e.g. sale, refinance) for properties in an HOA typically involve interaction between various professionals involved in the transaction and the HOA. The parties involved in the transaction typically want information about the HOA and about the financial standing of the current homeowner within the HOA. This web page is intended to help the parties involved in a property transaction in the Oakridge Village III HOA to get the information they need. If you are involved in such a property transaction, please point the relevant parties to this page.
